Bellamianta Spray Tan really is luxury tanning

I have fallen in love....

Oh my god guys seriously ok... lets just take a moment and give thanks to those that created Bellamianta Tan... I bloody love you.

If you read my last blog post on "How to get the perfect spray tan", you will know that I got myself sprayed with the beautiful Joanne Woods in Joanne Woods Beauty Specialist last Wednesday.

I have seen everyone talk about the Bellamianta Mousse but I have never heard anyone talk about the spray tan. Well all I can say is OH MY GOD. Its amazing.

When I got sprayed and I seen it going on, it instantly looked beautiful, its not orange at all its a gorgeous golden tan. It gives your skin life and it doesn't smell like nasty tan usually does, oh and another great thing is it didn't even destroy my bed sheets.. Bonus brownie points.

Got  home after getting the tan done, sat down had a cup of tea, an owl chat with the mother and flick through the phone and two hours had past, I was like jaysus I must go look in the mirror and see what the tan is like, walked up stairs looked in the mirror and I thought I was after coming back from two months in the sun. I was like eeeehhhh what the hell, it was amazing but I was afraid to see what it would look like after been on all night.

Im going to insert some pictures, I tried to get the best natural pictures I could without using filters so you could see the real tan.

Before I got Spray tan done and 2 hours after getting it done

Morning came and I got out of bed, I had an early start as I had a wedding, again looked in the mirror (Im not vain I swear) I looked like I was after spending the year in the sun haha but it was soooo natural looking it was crazy. I was petrified getting into the shower in case it would all wash off. It always happens to me when I get a spray tan.

It didn't though, it was the most beautiful natural looking golden tan. I was looooooooving life. At that stage I was a bit vain because I couldn't stop looking in the mirror, the tan was ridiculous, loved it. I had so many people ask me that day about what tan I was wearing and if I was on holidays.

Day 1 shower 1 Even in extremely bad lighting in a car and a flash the tan looks so natural

  

Day 2 shower 2 beaming sunlight (in Ireland I know what the heck) amazing tan

Day 4 shower 4 still going strong

Day 5 shower 5  Amazing

Day 7 shower 7 what a tan

I have had this tan on now for the past seven days, I know its crazy, I never thought it would last three never mind seven. I have had six showers since getting it done and it seems it only washes off what needs to come off. 

Now when I'm in the shower I dont use shower gel or any kind of shower wash as that will disrupt the tan.
When I get out I gently tap myself dry, dont rub your skin with a towel ever.
 I also give my skin a good going over with a body moisturiser, this will keep your skin hydrated even though the Bellamianta Tan is injected with Hyaluronic acid, a super moistureiser which provides moisture to the skin, this is one of the main reasons it has a great lasting power. But I still love to use the Cocoa brown Chocolate whip as it helps extend the life of your tan and ensures and even fade and I have to say it does exactly what it says on the bottle.

Im not going to tell you that it will last seven days on everybody, you have to look after the tan and thats what I did and that is why it lasted so long. So try and do what I did above and it will maintain the tan as long as you do it daily.

Girls & Guys Im not joking when I say this is the best tan I have ever put on my body and I am a major tan lover. This tan is like no other and the best thing about it, is its Irish which makes it even better.

I advise you all to give it a try, especially the spray tan its incredible, I have bought the mousse so I'm super excited to try that out.

How to get the perfect spray tan

Hi My Loves,

Who loves getting sprayed?? With TAN ha??

I have a wedding on Thursday and like every girl, I want to be sun kissed.

While getting the bushes on the face seen to on Saturday (that’s the brows by the way) myself and the beautiful Joanne Woods were talking about the new Bellamianta tan that everyone is raving about and she does the spray tan in it, so I said lets do,  it I’ll get sprayed because I’m way too lazy to tan myself.

So I thought I would go through my steps the night before getting a spray tan, these steps is what is going to make that tan stick to your hot bod.

Ok so first things first in my opinion, you’re better off having a hot steaming bath rather than a shower.

Exfoliating, if you read my blog post on how to remove Fake tan you will know that I am obsessed with Epsom salts in my bath, if you haven’t got any, buy some it only cost about €4 and it amazing. I put about 2 – 3 big handfuls in and soak in it for 15 – 20 minutes, it will take of any dead skin on your body, then go in with your body exfoliator and scrub yo body like there is no tomorrow.

Shaving or waxing, wax maybe 48 hours before hand or if your shaving 24. Shaving your legs again, best place to do that is in the bath. Do not dry shave your legs this will cause those pesky little red lumps to raise up on your legs and use a shaving gel, a good one I love the men’s shaving gel (because I’m a weirdo).

After shaving I like to soak in the bath for a few more minutes I feel like it helps the skin recover after shaving and leaves your skin that wee bit smoother from the hot water.

After the hot bath the pores on your legs will be open, we need to try and close these. Tanning on top of open pores is what gives you the dark brown spots on the legs. I like to get into the shower and run the shower head down my legs but have it on cold or run an ice pack down my legs. I know it will take your life haha but girls it has to be done as it will help.

Moisturising, Do not moisturise your whole body. Only do your elbows, knees, ankles and hands as the tan tends to get darker in these spots.

Paint your nails and toe nails even if it’s just with a clear polish as the tan can stain your nails.

The morning of your spray tan, do not freshly shower, I never knew this until Joanne told me on Saturday.

Don’t use perfume or deodorant as this can make the tan go green haha and girl we don’t want to be green. Imagine.. Oh dear god.

Make sure you wear light clothing, baggy tracky bottoms, loose fit t – shirt and wear flip flops on your feet.

Hope this is helpful, I will be following my own rules tonight for tomorrow haha Fingers crossed I don’t turn out green.

My Skin is FAB Thanks to NIP + FAB

So lately I have been loving my skin and having more and more makeup free days. This is new for me as I would never and I mean never go a day without makeup, not even to go and put the bin out I still had to have my full face on. Stupid I know but I just was never comfortable in my skin.

But I have started using some new skincare lately and it is working magic on my face, I used to be afraid of using new products because they would break my skin out so easily. But in order to find the right products for my skin I knew I had to test loads before I would find the perfect ones.

About my skin, like I said before in my blog post for Foundations for Oily skin, I have Oily skin haha. I find it so hard to find products that react well with a grease ball face, those that have dry skin have it so much more easier.

One brand in particular that I am in love with recently is NIP + FAB I had seen Miss Kylie Jenner raving about this brand way back when and I knew I had to try it. I have been using two products from their Glycolic range for the last month or so and these products are what is leaving my skin in amazing condition.

The two products are the

• NIP + FAB Glycolic Cleansing Fix
• NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads.

NIP + FAB Glycolic Cleansing Fix

Smells like cough medicine haha but after using this my skin feels so clean and refreshed, I love to use this mostly in the morning as I feel like it wakens my skin up. It gives your skin a good deep clean. The cleanser has glycolic acid in it which retextures and resurfaces your skin. I apply it to damp skin and gently rub it in, in circular motions, you get a lovely foaming affect from it when you add more water and this is what I feel wakens my skin up.  

I will be honest and say when I first started using it my skin broke out just a little but this was only because it gives your skin such a good deep clean it pulls the impurities out from deep within. This is why my skin is in such good condition it got the cleaning of a life time from using this morning and night for the last month. 10/10 from me, amazing cleanser.

NIP + FAB Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads.

Love Love Love these babies, I use these every night. Again they contain Glycolic acid which retextures and resurfaces your skin, but they also contain a blue daisy extract which soothes and clams your skin. After using these pads my skin feels like its completely destressed if that makes sense?? my skin just feels relaxed and restored to goodness. ha But honestly they are amazing, I cleanse my skin first and remove anything further with these babies. Again 10/10 for me.

I always say this when I review a product, I will never review anything unless I 100% love it and I promise you my skin is in such amazing condition after using these products for the last month or so. My makeup is actually sitting aawh so well on my face and lasting so much more longer because of how good my skin is reacting to the skincare routine.

I bought my NIP + FAB products on www.cloud10.com I know I always seem to shop from there but I love online shopping and they have some FAB ha products. 

NIP + FAB isn't expensive, which shocks me because the products are amazing and I feel like there isn't enough hype about this brand. But I will definitely be trying more products, really want to try the dragons blood range so that's going to be my next purchase.

The Balmain Army, Met Gala 2016

Hi My Loves..

So I'm sure all have you have been scrolling the internet for all the Met Gala fashion hits and misses.
I know that's what I have been doing all morning. If you follow me on Facebook or Insta you will have seen some of my favs from last night.

Awh man some of those celebs slayed it last night and some oh dear god it was like who even let you out in that like Solange Knowles, seriously love... WHY????

But for me it was all about the Balmain army, Balmain had some amazing fashion pieces on show last night and they had the right celeb army to show case it for them. It was all about the metallics and futuristic looking gowns and jackets last night for the fashion guru. From the red carpet to the after party, those celebs slayed it.

Karazy about Kardashian Hair Care

Hi My Loves,

Ohh The Kardashians…..

Love them or hate them, you have to admit, they are damn good business women. 

I’m not going to lie, I absolutely Love them. I follow all the Kardashian Ladies on all social media platforms, I watch the shows and for those who say “awwwh who watches that rubbish” we all know you secretly watch it when nobody's around lol.

Anyway…

When they first came out with their Hair products I was intrigued, like who doesn’t want hair like The Kardashians, it’s amazing. Yea I know they get it done professionally every day, but I would too if I had their money lol.

I love my hair and I’m all into looking after it, so I'm easily put off hair products that aren’t of a high quality. I use my Kerastase, Redken etc but I really was itching to try the Kardashian range out. 

The packaging is so enticing the solid black bottle with the gold engraving, it's all about the detail, so elegant just like the girls.

Each of the hair products is formulated with black seed oil, the ancient healing oil is highly rich in fatty acids such as Omega 3 & 6 which has amazing benefits for your hair, it revitalises and fortifies the hair. It also includes other nourishing properties such as, antioxidants and vitamins which enhance the strength and overall health of your locks. What girl doesn't want hair products with these benefits eh.

Anyway I managed to get my hands on some of the products, which can be bought on www.cloud10.ie. So the products which I have are;

• The Pure Glitz Hairspray
• The Black Seed Dry Oil
• Black Seed Oil Rejuvenating Shampoo & Conditioner
• Black Seed oil Volume Foam

The Pure Glitz Hairspray:

Easily the best hairspray I have ever used, no joke. I hate hairspray that leaves your hair hard and greasy looking.  This doesn't do that at all, it leaves your hair soft yet still holding your style in place and doesn't leave it sticky like some hairsprays. It smells amazeballs.

The best thing about it, you're gonna think I’m crazy, but sometimes I use this as my setting spray for my makeup. It's the best damn setting spray I have ever used, and no it doesn't leave your face sticky, my makeup last all day and night whenever I use it.

The holy grail setting spray lol.

Black Seed Dry Oil:

When I hear the word oil or hair serum I hate it going near my hair, some of these products can again leave your hair looking like a greasy mess and you only after washing it. 

I left it sitting on my shelf for ages, I just wasn't sure about it, but me being me I had to try it once. I pumped a lil bit into my hand and it was really oily and runny, I was like "ooooooh I dont no" lol. The smell of it was so beautiful and I ran it through my hair and rubbed it into the ends. After I blow dried I couldn't believe it, my hair was so soft and healthy. I could stop touching it, I loved the finish.

The Black Seed Oil Rejuvenating Shampoo & Conditioner:

Mmmmmm the smell, Your hair will smell absolutely delicious after using this, why do they all smell so damn good. Again your hair is left super soft, healthy and full. This is all because of the black seed oil it strengthens the hair and protects it.  

I'm in love with this conditioner, I have such thick hair and it does be so knotty at times and it takes a really good conditioner for me to be able to get a brush through. This does it for me, the smallest amount goes a long way and the brush goes right through my hair.

K Body Volume Foam:

Again like the oil, I be afraid of these kind of products. I hate for my hair to look oily and fuzzy looking so I try to stay clear of these. But again after purchasing the products I felt like I kind need to try it once to see if I like it. The volume and lift it creates at the roots is the bomb. I applied it to damp hair and styled it and the body in my hair was ridiculous. Perfect hair product for styling your hair for a night out. Style it with the foam and set it with the hairspray and you're all set baby.

The Kardashians have really out done themselves in my opinion, these products are 100% ridiculously amazing. The black seed oil is so beneficial to how good these products are.

I will definitely be purchasing the other products from the hair care line, super excited to try out the rest.

Who knew black seed oil was so good for your hair. It's also said to be beneficial to the skin, helping conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, fungal infection and acne. Who knew eh?? I will definitely be looking out for skincare with black seed oil. If anyone has seen any please let me know.

iLove my iWhite smile

Hi My Loves,

Ok so if you follow me on Snapchat, Facebook or Instagram you probably know that I started using iWhite last week.

In the past I have used the Crest teeth whitening strips but to be honest they would kinda hurt my teeth after I used them leaving my teeth so sensitive. So unfortunately I had to stop using them and hadn't actually used anything like them since.

But I kept seeing iWhite popping up all over the place and I heard so many good things online so I had to try it. I would drink a lot, and when I say drink a lot, I mean I drink a lot of tea (Irish much lol) and I feel like it stains my teeth a little and awwwwwh it makes me so mad. So that's why I purchased it.

I ordered the iWhite prefilled trays and the toothpaste. The prefilled tray comes with 10 in a pack, and you can use the trays on your top and bottom teeth. You can use them for 5 days straight and when ever you feel like your teeth need an instant whitening, let me tell you, you definitely get instant whitening from these. Honestly I wouldn't believe it only for I seen the results on my own teeth.

So on the Friday night I was having my usual pamper Friday, every girl needs one. I had my bath, relaxed, done my skincare routine and my tan. Then I decided to use the iWhite, I couldn't wait. So before you use the prefilled trays, you go in with the iWhite toothpaste and brush your teeth gently, then you make sure you have clean hands and open the trays and place one on your bottom and top teeth and closed gently, don't bit down hard as it can make the gel slip out of the trays. Leave them in for 20 minutes. once your 20 minutes is up take them out and rinse the residue off  you teeth. I do this by just running my tooth brush over them and rinsing with water.

I 100% agree with every last point above because I couldn't believe the difference in my teeth after one go it was amazing no joke, I couldn't stop smiling. the next day I was heading out, I decided to use them again. Awwwh I couldn't stop laughing after I used it because I was in total shock. To make things even better again they didn't leave my teeth feeling sensitive, which was a big plus for me. 

Guys, if you go through any of my pictures on Instagram you will see that I never smile in pictures, I was just never confident in my smile. I always felt insecure about my teeth. But after I used the iWhite I couldn't stop smiling. I was a different person.

Now I use the toothpaste daily and I used the Trays for 5 days straight, you can do this or just use the trays when you feel like it. But I decided to use them all in one go to see the difference and to be honest I seen the difference after one use. 

Unfortunately I've used all mine up, which makes me sad, but I'll definitely be repurchase them in the next few days as I've a few events and a wedding coming up so I'll need the instant whiteness for my new smile, its like an addiction.
